About Cheric's, Inc.Hi, hello, and welcome. First I would like to introduce myself to you. I am the President, founder, and creator of Cheric's, Inc. My name is Eric Schrader. My journey getting here started more than 18 years ago when I was able to scrounge up enough money to enroll and attend the French Culinary Institute. After graduating I worked in many high-profile restaurants and hotels. I have also worked with many great chefs along the way and have experienced all types of cuisine. Throughout my journey I have implemented some of my own personal touches and feel now is the time for me to share with all the home cooks and chefs my great, versatile, and easy-to-use marinade, which doubles as a pasta sauce.A few years back I was working as a banquet chef in a midtown-Manhattan hotel where I was cooking a variety of food. The food ranged from appetizers to main courses; I needed to find something that would enhance the food while making my life easier. Through many different experiments and recipes Cheric's original recipe was born. I then started making the recipe at home to bring to family and friends and the response couldn't have been more positive. With more and more requests for my famous recipe I knew that it was time to go beyond producing Cheric's just for them. I am now proud to say within this jar you will find all my experience through trial and tribulation to bring you the best and most exciting product for your next meal!
